Our coach will lead the entire session with systematically designed training schedule. Each session will include warm-up,  cadio enhancment training, different footwork/bladework techniques, and condition bouting/pair exercise. 

The free fencing session will be a joint session with other senior experienced fencers to apply on piste competition the attack/defense techniques learnt from the group class. This session usually will not led by coaches but volunterred.

Private lesson is a one-to-one training which provides time flexbility, and more personalized training. The membership includes the access to our Olympian and world-class coaches. Private lesson needs to be booked in advanced and charged seperaedly.
